Shellman Watches
Shellman watches are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase.
They must be returned to us postage paid for repair or replacement at our option. A copy of your sales receipt must accompany them, and you must call for an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to shipping.
If you are not satisified with your Shellman watch purchase, it may be returned by calling Arco International for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
within three (3) business days of receipt, provided the watch(es) are in new resale-able condition (to be determined by Arco International) and have not been warn.
They must be returned postage paid and may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Credit for returned watches will be issued only after each watch has been carefully
inspected.
Vintage Watches
The condition of our Vintage watches are carefully described; and are therefore guaranteed to arrive in the condition stated. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase for any reason you may return the watch to us postage paid. Watches must be returned in identical condition. You must call us to obtain an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within three (3) business days of receipt. Credit (less any shipping charges) for returned watches will be issued only
after the watch has been carefully inspected.
RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization) for watches beyond the three (3) business day limit will be issued at Arco International’s discretion and may be
subject to a restocking fee. Credit (less any shipping charges or restocking fees) for returned watches will be issued only after the watch has been carefully
inspected. Watches must be returned in identical condition. Credits for credit card payments will only be credited back to the original credit card used for
purchase. All other refunds will be by company check.
All Watches
All watches are shipped insured. Please inspect your watch at the time of delivery and report any damage to the driver immediately. You must contact us within
twenty-four (24) hours to report shipping damage. You must keep all packing materials, as they will need to be inspected by the shipper along with the damaged
merchandise. It will be at Arco International’s discretion to repair, refund, or replace (Shellman watches only) your purchase.
Arco International does not warrant any products beyond that of the original manufacture warranty for which Arco International is an authorized reseller.
Although Arco International can repair most watches at the present time we are only authorized resellers of Shellman watches. No other warranties for
merchantability or fitness for purpose or of any other type are expressed or implied.

By using one of the Arco International web sites, you agree to these Terms and Conditions Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Terms and Conditions
Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. We may change our Terms and Conditions Policy by posting a new version of the Terms and Conditions Policy on this page,
which it is your responsibility to review frequently.

governs this the Terms and Conditions Policy, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions against us must be commenced in Connecticut within one
year after the claim arose, or be barred.
